By purchasing, deploying, or utilizing the Air.ac platform, client binaries, web portal, or API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue all usage of Air.ac.
2. License Grant & Permitted Use
Air.ac grants server operators a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Air.ac to verify player game integrity on their registered FiveM community servers. You may not resell, sub-license, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute modified variations of the Air.ac client or server API.
3. Server Operator Responsibilities
Server staff and administrators utilizing Air.ac agree to:
- Inform candidates that a PC check is being initiated and obtain their informed participation.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all generated scan dossiers and staff notes.
- Not misuse scan results for harassment, public defamation, or non-moderation purposes.
- Ensure that server staff Discord accounts are properly secured with multi-factor authentication.
4. Anti-Tamper & Security Restrictions
Any attempt to disassemble, hook, tamper with, bypass, or forge Air.ac cryptographic signatures, heartbeats, or scan results will result in immediate license termination, permanent hardware blacklist across the Air.ac network, and revocation of all associated server licenses.
5. Disclaimer of Affiliation
Air.ac is an independent anti-cheat inspection tool. FiveM, Cfx.re, Grand Theft Auto, and Rockstar Games are trademarks of their respective owners. Air.ac is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
