Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital License Provisioning

Air.ac provides server software licenses and cloud forensic database access. Because license keys and digital assets are provisioned immediately upon transaction completion, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the license key has been accessed or used to execute a scan.

2. 48-Hour Technical Incompatibility Guarantee

If your FiveM community server experiences verified, irremediable technical incompatibility preventing Air.ac from executing on your environment, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of initial purchase, provided our engineering support team is unable to resolve the issue.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Monthly and yearly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time directly through your Air.ac dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles while maintaining active license access until the end of the current prepaid billing period.

4. Ineligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Your server license was revoked due to a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. attempting to tamper with or crack client binaries).
• A candidate refused to comply with your community's PC check rules.
• You purchased a plan and changed your mind after multiple successful checks were completed.
